In a short observation time, after the range alignment and phase adjustment, motion of target can be approximated as uniform rotation. The radar observing process simply described multiplying an matrix on ISAR image, which thought linear system. It is known that longer time is, higher cross-range resolution is. order to deal with conflict between high resolution, we introduce Kalman filtering (KF) into imaging propose novel method reconstruct high-resolution image observed data. As KF has excellent reconstruction performance, it leads good application in reconstruction. At each aperture, reconstructed denotes state vector at aperture time. corrected by two-step process: prediction update. iteration continues, gradually well-focused image.
